Man kills wife in Unnao dist

Kanpur: A woman visiting her parents' home in Chaklavanshi town of Unnao district was strangled to death by her husband on Friday. At the time of the incident, the woman was alone at home. When the grandmother returned in the evening, she found her granddaughter's body. Police has started investigation.Nisha (24), from Lakhanpur village in the Hasanganj area, came to her parental home in Gangakheda, Makhhi, with her three-year-old daughter two days earlier. The grandfather informed the police that her granddaughter came home after a dispute with her husband. Her husband Manish came on Thursday, and they stayed together overnight. Since Friday, the man is missing. The deceased's minor daughter mentioned that her father was responsible for the act.Makhhi station officer Sandeep Mishra stated that the body was sent for post-mortem.
