Kanpur: Mayur Miracles Kalyanpur defeated RLL Bithoor by 25 runs in Kanpur Premier League match played on Monday.Mayur Miracles, after being invited to bat first, posted a total of 145 for 7 in 20 overs. Subsequently, they dismissed Bithoor for 120 runs in 18.5 overs. Bithoor encountered three early setbacks from Saurabh Yadav and Mohd Sharim, reducing them to 3 for 21 in 3 overs. Captain Prashant Awasthi and Virat Jaiswal stabilised the innings with a 49-run partnership for the fourth wicket.Divyanshu Pandey claimed the crucial wicket of Prashant Awasthi. Subsequently, wickets tumbled regularly. Virat scored 47 runs off 42 deliveries, including six boundaries, before falling to Mohd Sharim in the 18th over. Saurabh then concluded Bithoor's innings, securing five wickets for 35 runs.Earlier, Mayur Miracles' batting commenced with Priyanshu Pandey and Sumit Singh Rathore's aggressive partenership accumulating 21 runs in 3 overs. They subsequently lost two quick wickets, falling to 2 for 33. Sumit and Dhananjay elevated the team's score to 3 for 113, constructing an 80-run partnership for the third wicket.
