Kanpur South wins by 7wkts in KDMA match

Kanpur: Akash Trivedi and Samanvay Dixit's centuries went in vain when host Kanpur South outplayed Kanpur Cricketers by 7 wickets in KDMA senior division league match held here on Tuesday.
Kanpur Cricketers batting first posted a healthy score of 248 runs in 40 overs. Samanvay Dixit and Akash Trivedi were their main scorers and they scored 101 and 103 not out runs respectively. Mohd Basit picked one wicket for Kanpur South.
The host achieved the victory target of 250 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 28.3 overs. Ayush Pathak and Upendra Yadav hit 86 and 68 runs respectively.
Prashant Awasthi of cricketers club bagged 2 wickets.
