Kanpur:Shivam Katiyar’s deadly spell ( 7 wickets for just 9 runs) helped Kanpur Sporting Union beat Kanpur Gymkhana by 72 runs in KDMA league match held here at Ram Lakhan Bhatt ground on Friday.Kanpur Sporting Union batting first scored 112 runs in 28.4 overs. Gaurav Mishra scored highest 33 runs for Sporting Union. Kanpur Gymkhana in reply collapsed on mere 40 runs. Shivam Katiyar spun the ball beautifully and picked 7 wickets conceding just 9 runs in 8 overs.Neeraj Sharma from other end also bagged 2 wickets for 9 runs.
