Kanpur division declared as powerlifting champions

Kanpur: Power Hub Gym clinched the men/women and open bench press overall championship at the Kanpur division Powerlifting championship, which concluded at Motilal Khedia Sanatan Dharam Vidya Mandir School on Sunday evening.Fitness House and Fitness World secured first and second runner-up positions in men/women group overall championship, while Lions Gym and the Athletic Gym finished second and third in men/women open group championship. Host Motilal Khedia School emerged as overall champion in the school bench press event.Abhishek Katiyar was crowned strong man of senior and junior group. Divya Katiyar, Manoj Saini and Mohd Tanveer Khan were named strong men of Kanpur in other categories.
