, at present the perfume trader is facing two cases—one case is related to the recovery and seizure of around 23 kg of gold bars. Some of them are of foreign origin for which he is being prosecuted by the DRI Lucknow zone and the other case is regarding recovery of cash to the tune of Rs 196 crore which is being pleaded by the

. Tandon informed that in both the cases, two different courts extended his judicial custody till May 9, Tandon said. His bail application in the money recovery case would be heard by the district judge on April 28, he further said. TNN
