Another destination that is catching attention of some, especially those wanting to take their children closer to nature, is Europe." He further added: "With families planning their trips within India, adventure and sightseeing have been the two prime reasons for opting hilly regions or South India. As the children are getting more and more informative, they along with their parents want to explore the adventure and excitement through such tours."
Mehul Bhardwaj, a class VIII student says, "I am really excited about the trip my dad has planned for me. We will be visiting Singapore and a few other places in the far East, but what I'm most excited about is our stay in Hong Kong. We will be going to Disney World," says the overwhelmed Mehul.
But, besides all the luxury trips being offered, the youngsters want to explore on their own and restrict their company only to friends.
Amit Kesari, a third year Bachelor of Commerce student shares, "I am all set to fly for Matheran, a beautiful place few kilometres from Mumbai. Atleast it would be a great tour from the maddening crowd of Kanpur and a relief from this scorching weather."
All excited about the trip, he goes on to explain, "Around eight of us are planning backpack to Matheran and we are looking forward for adventurous activities like rock climbing, bungee jumping and tracking. After this, all of us will get busy with higher studies and professional courses. So, we want to be on our own."
