KANPUR: The civil judge, senior division, Kanpur Nagar on Tuesday last ordered to Kanpur Bar Association to produce all the documents pertaining to Chamber dispute in Kanpur court on May 29, 2009.
The judge passed the order in the case styled as R G Pandey v/s Kanpur Bar Association when plaintiff pleaded that there was a large scale bungling in construction and alleged allotment of chambers.

The presiding judge asked the general secretary to produce all the ledgers, register and accounts related to chamber dispute on next date.
Meanwhile, a group of advocates on Wednesday met with DIG/SSP Kanpur Nagar and demanded an impartial probe in the matter of bomb attack on Kanpur Bar Association, general secretary, Indeevar Bajpai's house.
The delegation led by Naresh Chandra, Ajit Shukla, Manharan Gopal Awasthi and Avinash Chandra Bajpai, advocate expressed suspicion over the incident and urged to appoint an honest officer to investigate the case. The delegation claimed that DIG/SSP had also said that the incident looks suspicious and he would ask for impartial inquiry.
The delegation, thereafter, presented a memorandum and demanded to transfer the investigation of case styled as State v/s Indeevar Bajpai, advocate. Registered at Kotwali police station, Naresh Tripathi, advocate claimed that the senior police official had passed an order and transferred the investigation to station officer Kotwali police station.
