CK Nayudu Trophy: UP Vs Hyderabad match ends in draw
Kanpur: Opener M Pratyush’s unbeaten century (103 runs) and his 124 runs unbeaten partnership with Aman Rao helped Hyderabad to finish the Elite group A tie as draw in CK Nayudu Trophy at Victoria Park ground in Meerut on Wednesday.
Hyderabad, trailing 210 runs behind in the first innings, scored 218 for 1 in their second innings after follow-on when two umpires called off the match.

UP earned three points for taking the first innings lead and Hyderabad earned one point.
Hyderabad batsmen forced the host to shake hand leaving no chance for result. Resuming from overnight score 9 for no loss, Pratyush and Nitish Reddy, batted with determination in the morning and pushed the team’s score to 89 .
Vipraj Nigam broke their union uprooting the off stump of Nitish Reddy. Reddy faced 116 balls for 34 runs consisting of 2 boundaries and one six. Aman Rao and Pratyush together defied all efforts of UP bowlers. As soon as they completed the lead of 210 runs the two captains shook hands.
Pratyush scored 103 runs in 201 balls hitting just 6 boundaries and Aman Rao scored 69 runs in 110 balls plundering 7 boundaries and 3 sixes. UP in its first innings had scored 372 runs and thereafter they had folded Hyderabad’s innings on 162 runs.
