Boy dies in a road accident

KANPUR: A 12-year-old boy died on Kanpur-Hamirpur Road when a two-wheeler rammed into a truck on Sunday.
The boy was identified as Ritik, son of Shiv Darshan Singh, a resident Arra Bingawan in Naubasta. The accident took place when Ritik was coming back home with his maternal uncle Prakash from Bara Devi on a two-wheeler.
The road in question is the most accident-prone spot in the district.A youth from Kidwainagar was killed at there about a week ago, when a truck hit the two-wheeler he was riding.
Ritik suffered serious head injuries. He and his maternal uncle were rushed to a private hospital, where Ritik was declared dead.
