Bailable warrant against doctor

KANPUR: Additional district and sessions judge MA Abbasi, on Monday, issued bailable warrant against a doctor named as RK Dixit for flouting the court order. The ADJ passed the order when he came to know that doctor was not appearing in the court for cross examination in a criminal case.
The police had registered a case of attempt to murder against four persons on April 30, 1993.Complainant Mohammad Ahmad had charged them of attempting to kill him. The injuries suffered by the complainant were examined by Dr RK Dixit.
The case is passing through prosecution evidence stage and doctor was not appearing in the court despite summons.
