Kanpur: 51,867 get Covid vaccination in a day

KANPUR: As many as 51,867 city people got first dose of anti-Covid vaccine during the mega

vaccination

drive held on Tuesday. The target was fixed to vaccinate over 60,000 people. Though the target could not be achieved yet it was a big achievement for the health department as it was the highest number of vaccination done in a single day since commencement of vaccination drive on January 16, 2021.

According to Cowin App, till 10pm on Tuesday, 51,867 people had received vaccine shot.
