The state had on April 28 cited the investigation done so far by the investigating agency and submitted in the HC that Shekhawat is an accused in the FIR registered at the special police station of SOG and ATS in Jaipur. This development had come as a move of rectification of previous arguments in the HC by Abhishek Manu Singhvi, representing the state, that Shekhawat was not an accused in any cases of the scam.
