Truck mows down civil services aspirant in Jaipur

The police informed the parents of the girl about the accident and asked them to come to the SMS Hospital. The body was handed over to the family after post-mortem.
Accident police station (Jaipur-South) has registered an FIR against the unidentified driver under Section 304-A (Culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of IPC.
Singh said that relevant provisions of Motor Vehicle Act pertaining to reckless driving have also been included to build a strong case against the driver.
The accidents in India-2016 report by the Union ministry of road and transport had placed Jaipur among the top three most dangerous cities in terms of accident deaths.
