Three arrested in Gopal Singh murder case

Jhunjhunu: The Fatehpur Sadar police in Sikar district have arrested three individuals, including the prime suspect, in connection with the murder of Gopal Singh on Jan 1 in Dinwa Ladkhani village. On Friday, Satya and Devidutt alias Tony Gurjar were formally arrested and will be presented in court. The suspects had evaded capture by fleeing and mocking the police on social media. However, they were traced through their mobile locations and arrested after an 800-kilometre chase.Additional superintendent of police Gajendra Singh Jodha said, the main suspect, history-sheeter Satyendra Singh alias Satya, and his accomplice Devidutt alias Tony have been apprehended. The case stems from an incident on January 1, when Satya and his associates clashed with liquor contractor Bhawani Singh over free alcohol at his shop in Dinwa Ladkhani village. TNN
