Jaipur: It was a small team led by a head constable that blew the lid off a major terror conspiracy in Chittorgarh on Wednesday night. The checkpoint was set up to keep track of gangs involved in narcotic smuggling in the region. Head constable Sunder Pal was posted at the point with constables Pramod Kumar, Naresh Kumar and Harvinder Singh. The team intercepted a suspicious car on the Neemuch-Chittorgarh highway and swung into action. As per the officials, the team waved at the car to stop but the driver tried to give cops a slip. At that very instant, the team pushed one of the barriers in front of the stop. The team reportedly faced many difficulties to bring the car to a halt. The same team then asked the accused to step away from the vehicle so that they could search it. Chittorgarh SP Preeti Jain said the team turned down allurement and informed the station house officer (SHO) of

police station. He also arrived at the scene with his team. The Sadar Nimbahera police station then alerted their senior officials that highly suspicious materials have been found from a car. TNN
