JAIPUR: After former US President George Bush and Union home minister P Chidambaram, it was the turn of a magistrate to become a victim of shoegate.
An under trial, on Tuesday, hurled a shoe at the magistrate in a court in Dholpur district.
According to the police, three under trails Vatendra, Dharmendra and Jitendra Gujjar were produced before the court of Munsif Magistrate, when Dharmendra suddenly hurled his shoe at magistrate Deepak Soni.

The trio are accused in an extortion case. Dharmendra is the brother of notorious dacoit Kamal Gujjar
"When Dharmendra tried to hurl the second shoe, guards present in the court somehow controlled him," the officer said.
He was taken into custody and interrogated. "He claims that he doesn't know why he threw the shoe at the magistrate," the officer said.
A case has been registered against Dharmendra with the Rajakhera police station under Section 353 of IPC. He has been sent back to Dholpur Jail, the officer added.
