Jaipur: Arshan Khan of
Rajasthan won the ‘champion of champions’ title with a stellar performance at the 37th ‘Mr Saraighat’ National Bodybuilding Championship, organised recently by the Indian Bodybuilders Federation (IBBF) in Guwahati, Assam.
According to the Rajasthan State Body Building Association (RSBBA) president Naveen Yadav, the 29-year-old Arshan, reigning World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports champion, overcame strong competition to reign supreme. Praveen Kumar of Rajasthan finished sixth.
The RSBBA secretary Ashok Audhichya and treasurer Rajesh Yadav stated that renowned bodybuilders from across the country participated in this prestigious national championship.
With his impressive performance, Jodhpur’s Arshan surpassed many of the country’s leading athletes to secure first place. For this achievement, he was presented with a cash prize of Rs 1.5 lakh by IBBF secretary Chetan Pathare.
The top 10 athletes are selected from the competition and ranked from 1 to 10, with cash prizes awarded based on that. All officials of the Rajasthan State Body Building Association congratulated Arshan Khan and Praveen Kumar on their remarkable success and wished them a bright future.
