"If passenger bookings are made on buses connected to Rajasthan through any platform after midnight on February 23, 2026, the entire responsibility will be of the respective online booking company," stated a release issued by the All Rajasthan Contact Carriage Bus Operators Association on Friday.
The bus operators are protesting against alleged ‘unjust and oppressive actions' being taken by the Transport Department. Operators said that heavy challans are being issued to them despite following all bus body norms.
