Postal officer Jhajharia sent to ayurveda dept

Jaipur: The state government transferred 11 IAS officers on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday. In addition, Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer Prateek Jhajharia, who was on May 15 appointed as the joint secretary in the labour department, has been shifted to the ayurveda department in the same post.Jhajharia, who was suspended from the post of labour commissioner after the anti-corruption bureau (ACB) arrested him for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 3 lakh, was reinstated in August last year. The government also appointed new officers on special duty (OSDs) for Neem Ka Thana (Harji Lal Atal), Anupgarh (Kalpana Agarwal), Sanchore (Pooja Kumari Parth) and Didwana-Kuchaman (Sita Ram Jat) that are proposed to become to become new districts.IAS officer Bhanu Prakash Yeturu, who is secretary ayurveda and Indian medicine department, has been relieved of the tribal area development department. IAS Karan Singh, who was appointed as the secretary election department recently, has been sent to the labour department as its special secretary.Mahendra Kumar Parakh, who was commissioner industries, commerce and CSR, has been appointed the chairman of Rajasthan Tax Board. Rajendra Singh Shekhawat has been appointed as the new commissioner of Jaipur Heritage Corporation and the chief executive officer of Jaipur Smart City Limited. IAS Tikam Chand Bohra, who was appointed as the secretary in-charge of RPSC, has been made the chief executive officer of the Rajasthan Heritage Protection and Promotion Authority. The appointment of IAS officer Alok Gupta as the principal secretary to the Governor and that of Subir Kumar as the principal secretary in-charge of administrative reforms and coordination has been cancelled for now.
