PM Modi to Address Youth at ‘My Bharat Budget Quest 2026’ in Jaipur
Jaipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address young participants through a video message during the ‘My Bharat Budget Quest 2026’ programme in Jaipur on April 13.
The event will also be attended by Rajasthan chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, who is scheduled to interact with the winners. Additional chief secretary of the state sports department Praveen Gupta confirmed the details.
The finale of the two-day ‘Viksit Bharat Youth Dialogue’ will be held at the Rajasthan International Centre (RIC). The programme aims to engage youth in discussions around development and policy.
Rajasthan governor Haribhau Bagade, deputy chief ministers Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa, and sports minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, along with other ministers and senior officials, will also be present.
As part of the schedule, a ‘Women Youth Parliament’ will be organised on April 12, exclusively for women participants. The day will conclude with the ‘Sundays on Cycle’ event at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the Sports Authority of India, promoting the message of “Fit India, Developed India”.
On April 13, an inaugural session will be held which will be followed by ‘My Bharat’ sessions and two expert panel discussions focusing on youth engagement and nation-building.
The ‘My Bharat Budget Quest 2026’ (Zone 14, Rajasthan) witnessed participation from 75,591 youths in an online quiz conducted between Feb 1 and Feb 22. Of these, 3,453 advanced to the essay stage, while around 984 participants were selected for the state-level ‘Viksit Bharat Youth Dialogue’, including 423 women and 561 men.
Additionally, 100 participants from each district will join the event virtually, representing diverse sectors such as school and higher education, startups, agriculture and technology.
