Officials check food quality at Khatu Shyam ji area

Jaipur: As authorities implement crowd control measures for the annual Phalgun fair at Khatu Shyam ji temple, food safety officers are conducting area inspections, instructing food vendors and eatery proprietors to maintain high standards of food quality and freshness. The inspection team has obtained 18 samples, comprising turmeric, chili, coriander, gram flour, semolina, raita boondi, paneer and oil. These samples have been sent to the Jaipur Central Food Laboratory for testing. tnn
