JAIPUR: A division bench of
Rajasthan High Court issued notices to the high court administration while hearing petitions challenging the RJS recruitment examination 2018.
The court also ordered that the recruitment in this exam would subject to the final disposal of writ petition. In a petition filed by

and others, advocate
Raghunandan Sharma
told the court that there were lot of irregularities in the recruitment process. There is a lack of transparency in the recruitment process. Copies are not being shown in RTI on demand of candidates.
Similarly, in a petition filed on behalf of
Yogendra Verma and others, advocate
Kuldeep Kumar
Sharma challenged the recruitment process, saying that students who have passed the main examination earlier but have failed this time in the recruitment examination.
