JAIPUR: Delhi High Court hearing on the petition seeking to quash the FIR by Lokesh Sharma, OSD to chief minister Ashok Gehlot, on an FIR by Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on the charge of illegal phone tapping was adjourned on Friday.

The matter will now come up for hearing on January 13 next year.

The high court has upheld the relief from arrest to Sharma. This relief will continue till further orders. Lokesh Sharma had approached Delhi High Court to quash the FIR after Dehi Polcie Crime Branch issued notice to him.

The Delhi High Court had given relief from arrest twice to the OSD of the CM in two hearings. tnn
