Mobile safety app launched to help women in distress
Jaipur: The Rajasthan Commission for Women (RCW) on Friday launched a

Before the launch of the app, a training of officials was also conducted. The developers have kept it in mind that in case of an emergency, a girl might not have the time to dial a number or send a message. So they have made it a ‘shake app’. On activation, an alert would be sent through a GPS to the nearest police station and the state women's commission while a message will also go to a friend or family member of the user.
