Minor abducted, gang-raped, 7 held

ALWAR: A 14-year-old girl's nightmarish ordeal finally ended on Sunday night when the police rescued her from the clutches of one of her many tormentors in Alwar district.
The minor was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped several times before the abductors sold her off to another man who also raped her.
The police rescued her on Sunday when the man, to whom she was sold off, was forcing her to marry him.The girl, who has sustained injuries on her private parts, was hospitalized.
Police have arrested seven persons, four of whom allegedly raped the girl. All of them were reportedly involved in kidnapping her.
According to the police, the girl, a resident of a village in Arawali Vihar police station area, was on her way to a nearby place when a group of five men gagged and forced her into the car and sped away. Of the five, three have been identified as Mamman Khan, Mosam Khan, Rati Ram. The incident occurred on April 29.
CO, south, Ashok Meena told TOI that as per the FIR registered with the police, the girl was raped by Mamman Khan, Mosam Khan and Rati Ram in turns throughout the night. These three men have been arrested.
The trio allegedly left the girl at a friend's house and disappeared. Police suspect that the girl was sold to one Santosh Yadav, a resident of Prithvipura village.
Santosh also allegedly raped her. "He then took her to his uncle's house and forced her to get married to him. The minor was confined in the house for a few days. On Sunday night, her screams managed to draw the attention of the villagers. A crowd gathered at the house following which she was rescued," said the officer.
A police team was rushed to the house and the girl was rescued. "She had sustained injuries on her private parts following which she was admitted in the hospital," the officer said.
The police have arrested seven persons, including Santosh's mother for sheltering her son. "Santosh is on the run while three others have been arrested for rape. We have constituted search teams and further investigation is on," said the officer.
The girl will be taken to the places where she was kept in confinement and raped after she is discharged from the hospital.
