JAIPUR: Some parts of Rajasthan felt mild tremors on Monday following an earthquake of 5.7 magnitude with epicentre at the Hindukush mountain ranges in Afghanistan which occurred around 3.20 pm. According to reports, the tremors were mainly felt in Pakistan and adjoining Indian territories mainly Jammu and Kashmir. Regional Met director S S Singh said, “The impact of the quake was very mild in Rajasthan and no damage to life or property has been reported.” In Pakistan, several places were shook by the earthquake including Lahore, Islamabad, Sargodha, Peshawar, Swat, Kohat.
