JAIPUR: While it is a common practice for doctors to prescribe many tests to diagnose a disease in modern day health care, Dr L M Sanghvi was quite accurate in his clinical judgments.
"His clinical judgment was spot on," said Dr Nita Mukherjee said, while holding a discussion on medical ethics with Dr Sunil Pandya and Dr Gautam Sen, at a city hotel on Wednesday. They also launched a book ?Healing the body: Touching the heart' ? the life and times of Dr L M Sanghvi by Dr Nita Mukherjee.
Dr Sen narrated a story about how he taught resident doctors when they administered IV fluid to a patient and for administering a drug at bedtime to a patient who produced more urine.
They discussed that Dr Sanghvi had immense interest in research and his life dedicated to his patients giving importance to medical ethics.
