Jaipur: The Khelo Creators League (KCL), a league where content creators showcase their true team spirit not just in front of the camera but on the field, kicked off on Thursday in Jaipur. Star creators and influencers from the digital world appeared on the field, and the atmosphere reverberated with applause and excitement.The league is being played at Zee Studios in Sitapura, Jaipur, from October 9 to 11. The aim of this unique initiative is to combine the creativity of the digital world with the energy of sports. Chief guest Neeraj K. Pawan, principal secretary, youth affairs & sports development, Rajasthan Govt, graced the event with his presence. He said, "This is a wonderful initiative that shows how energetic and versatile today's digital creators are. This is not just a game; it's a new way of thinking."The opening ceremony was nothing short of a scene from a movie. When "Laal Pari" fame singer Simar Kaur took the stage, everyone was enthralled. Their live concert filled the atmosphere with excitement and fun, making the league's start even more exciting.
Five teams -- Jodhana Warriors (Captain: Vikalp Mehta), Bikana Bulls (Captain: Pankaj Sharma), Mewar Mavericks (Captain: Chhotu Singh), Shekhawati Spartans (Captain: Rahul Chaudhary), and Pink City Paltan (Captain: Kuldeep Singhania) -- will be seen competing and having fun on the field. Each team features well-known social media faces, who this time bring not just reels but runs and wickets for their followers.Rahul Chaudhary, founder and CEO of the Khelo Creators League, said, "We want creators to not be limited to the screen, but to spread the message of fitness, teamwork, and positive energy through sports."Shubham Chaudhary, CEO and founder of Atlanture Sports, explained that this league is not just entertainment, but a professional sporting experience, with everything managed on a grand scale.
