JAIPUR: The HC has directed the JDA to initiate action against the

JDA officials

who released plots mortgaged to the civic body by a reality developer on false affidavits and also asked to initiate action against the developer for filing false affidavits. The order came on a petition filed by one Purushottam Kakarwal who purchased a farmhouse on

Nandan Green Scheme

on Ajmer Road. tnn was denied power connection by the JVNNL on the ground that the developer had not completed the requite work for power connection in the farm house.

When the petitioner approached the JDA it was found that the JDA which approved the scheme had released the plots mortgaged with it on a false affidavit by the developer without verifying facts. The court asked to file reply by March 15
