Since the IPL cricket matches started, most of the players who had come to Jaipur visited the dargah to offer chadder. Just the day before, Sakhshi, wife of M S Dhoni came to the dargah and offered chadder. She said to media, "I wished that Chennai Super Kings will win the match and now the wish has come true. Therefore, I am here to give thanks."
For Bollywood stars and director, the dargah here is popular and they always come for prayers before their films are released but since last year, numbers of cricket players have also increased, especially since the IPL started.
