in Jaipur on Saturday rejected the claim of copy right violations charges.

The court had earlier completed arguments in the case and reserved order on August 2. Jaipur Metropolitan Court prima facie found no merit in the case and rejected the applica tion,“ S S Hora, counsel for the producers said.

Sharma had alleged that the makers of “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha“ had lifted the punchline and the subject from his film “Gutrun Gutar Gun“.
