JAIPUR: A local court has issued a standing warrant against accused

With this warrant Joshi, who is accused of abetment to suicide, will have to surrender on or before April 12 before the court, else his property will be confiscated. Dausa SP Rajkumar Gupta said, "With this he will have to appear before a local court and surrender on or before April 12. Prior to this, we can also arrest him. But if he neither surrenders nor gets arrested till April 12, his properties would be confiscated as per law."

. "So far, we have arrested six people in this connection and the arrest of Shivshankar Balya Joshi will be the final one in this case," Gupta said.

A pregnant woman had died at a private nursing home on March 27. On March 28, police had lodged a case of murder against the doctor and the next day the woman doctor had committed suicide. Thereafter, on March 30 police had removed Section 302 from the FIR and had lodged a separate case of abetment to suicide against various persons.
