JAISALMER: The meeting of border guards of India and Pak to solve the border related disputes, which was not taking place for quite a long time, started in a harmonious atmosphere at Munabao after a gap of 14 months.
BSF in the meeting expressed protest over putting spy cameras near the border on which Pak rangers assured that such activities will not take place in future.
In the meeting, a 13-member delegation from India was led by Barmer sector DIG Pratul Gautam, while the 12-member Pak delegation was led by Sindh rangers deputy director general Mohd Azhar Khan.
A bilateral DG level meeting will be held at New Delhi from September 9-13.
Sources said that India raised the issue of intrusion, on which Pak assured that that they will try to stop it in all possible ways.
