JAIPUR: A nine-year-old boy was found dead at Gata village near Kanota in Jaipur district on Saturday morning.
Some villagers, who had gone to attend natures' call outside Gata village found the body near a water tank. They informed the police and a team of senior police officers and a team of FSL experts went to the spot.

"The body was of Vishal, who was missing from the village since April 21 and a missing person case was filed at Kanota," said Jeetendra Singh, SHO, Kanota police station.
Singh said though there is no injury mark on the body, it is too early to decide if it was a suicide or a murder.
"We are awaiting the post-mortem report. Prima facie it appears to be death due to drowning in the nearby tank," he added.
The boy was a student of Class IV at a private school in the village. "Since April 21 our team was trying to find the missing child. However, his body was found almost 150 metres from his native village," he added.
