Artists from 25 countries to participate in Jaipur Art Summit
JAIPUR: Artists from as many as 25 countries will be participating in the 4th edition of the Jaipur Art Summit (JAS) to be held from 7 December to 11 December this year. The event will be held at Ravindra Manch in Jaipur. Over 500 types of art and artists from countries such as Algeria, Bangladesh, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri-Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Taiwan, Ukraine, UAE, UK, USA, Vietnam will be participating in the event.

This was informed by Founder of JAS, Shailendra Bhatt.
He further informed that some of the renowned artists who will be a part of the summit include John Antoine Labadie, Margie Beth Labadie and Leroy Parker from USA; Keunyoung Song and Eun Sook Lee from Korea; Suneth Priya Aravindana and Thisarana Ilangasinghe from Sri Lanka; Adwaita Gadanayak, Rini Dhumal and Somenath Maity from India, among others.
The five day event will witness various activities like an international artists' camp, interactive sessions, contemporary art talk and discussions; Art Movies; Art Performance Shows; Calligraphy; Demonstration of Tribal & Traditional Arts; Book Releases; Interactive sessions with authors; Art Exhibition; Site Specific Art Installations; Video Art Installations and Graffiti and Street Art, among others. There will also be classical music and Rajasthani folk performances during the summit.
