52-year-old employee of private college ends life in classroom

A grade four employee of a private college allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison in the college premises in Shiprapath area on Monday.

Jaipur: A grade four employee of a private college allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison in the college premises in Shiprapath area on Monday. When students entered the classroom they saw the victim frothing at his mouth. They informed the college authority following which the man was rushed to a hospital. He died while undergoing treatment.
The 52-year-old man, identified as Rakesh Shukla was a resident of Agrawal Farm in Mansarover and had been working at Stani Memorial College in Mansarovar for the past 15 years, police said.

A police officer said that the incident took place at IIRM section of the college. When student entered one of the classrooms in the morning, they saw Shukla lying on the floor, frothing at his mouth.
Police are investigating what made the man take the extreme step, but didn't rule out the possibility of domestic disputes as the reason. Cops are looking into all the angles to crack the case.
