JAIPUR: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) of North Western Railway in August reunited four children with their families under Operation Nanhe Farishte. These children were found alone by RPF at Jaipur railway station. Captain Shashi Kiran, chief public relations officer of NWR, said, “Two minor girls were found at Jaipur railway station on August 30 and August 13 and two minor children were found on August 15. Under Operation Nanhe Fariste, the children were successfully handed over to Child Help Line in Jaipur.”

He further said that on August 30, under Operation Amanat at Bhagat Ki Kothi station, security force personnel handed over a bag left behind by a passenger. In similar instances, a mobile phone was returned to passengers at Jodhpur and Sri Ganganagar railway stations. RPF also caught a person stealing luggage of passengers at Ajmer Railway station and based on CCTV footage from August 17-21, the accused was caught and handed over to police.
