ITANAGAR: An overground worker of Myanmar-based proscribed outfit NSCN-KYA was arrested in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday, police said.
Identified as 25-year-old Pelei Khangnyakam, he was caught in Sumsipathar village, SP Rahul Gupta said. Acting on a tip-off, a team of Arunachal Police and Assam Rifles raided the village and nabbed the man.

On October 17th, they attacked the woman at her house, choked her to death, stole her jewelry and cash, and fled the scene.
