ITANAGAR: An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale struck Arunachal Pradesh's Lower Subansiri on Wednesday morning, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
The tremors occurred at 4:55 am, as reported by the National Center for Seismology (NCS). The earthquake had a depth of 10 Km.
