Youth held for robbery

INDORE: With 24-year-old youth Azhar Sheikh's arrest in Indore on Thursday, police have worked out at least seven cases of robberies and burglaries in different parts of the city in 2012 and 2013.
Sheikh has admitted to committing burglaries in Kadar Colony-Khajrana, Goyal Vihar, Manwata Nagar and Sanchar Nagar, Suresh Yadav in Alok Nagar locality in the recent past.Using the stolen credit card (which was held by Yadav's brother living in Dubai), Sheikh had managed to withdraw lakhs of rupees. Sheikh had also lifted two cars from the city in 2012 and 2013.
The cops have recovered a laptop, LCD TV set and silver coins from the arrested youth, DIG (Indore) Rakesh Gupta said.
