Woman found dead, kin allege DIL killed her

Indore: A 45-year-old woman was found dead and her family had alleged that her daughter-in-law attacked her to death with a tile in Vijay Nagar area on Sunday.According to ACP Aditya Patle, the incident took place in Shriram Nagar, where 45-year-old Gomti, wife of Kaushal Chaudhary, was found dead in the bathroom. The family alleged that Gomti was murdered by her daughter-in-law, Neha, 25. At the time of the incident, Gomti and Neha were the only ones at home, while Kaushal and his son Sandeep were out.Family members said that Neha was involved in frequent arguments over the past couple of days and even attempted to climb onto the terrace to commit suicide on Saturday. The family called her relatives in Bhopal and asked them to take her back. The relatives assured her that someone would arrive in a couple of days.Kaushal told police that Neha and his son Sandeep were married for just a year and Neha often threatened to end her life during arguments. Vijay Nagar police officials took the body to MY Hospital for postmortem examination, and began questioning the daughter-in-law in connection with the murder.
