Two killed in road mishap

Two persons were killed and two others injured when a tourist bus collided with a pick up a van on Barwah-Dhamnod state highway on Friday afternoon. The injured are undergoing treatment at MY Hospital in the city.

INDORE: Two persons were killed and two others injured when a tourist bus collided with a pick up a van on Barwah-Dhamnod state highway on Friday afternoon. The injured are undergoing treatment at MY Hospital in the city.
According to Barwah police, the tourist bus was coming from Dhamnod while the Mahindra pick up van was travelling from Barwah to Maheshwar. Both the vehicles collided head on in front of the Mandi near Pipliya Bujurg village. The collision was so severe that the pickup van was broken into pieces. It's driver Sikandar Khan died on the spot while three others sitting in it were seriously injured.
While the three were being taken to Barwah civil hospital, one of them, Haji Qureshi, died on the way. The other two were given first aid and were referred to MY Hospital.
