Indore: Crime branch of Indore police on Thursday arrested a man from Mumbai and his Indore counterpart and seized 7.5 kg cannabis valued at Rs 2 lakh from them.
Crime branch DCP Nimish Agarwal said that the accused were habitual offenders and had several cases against them. They were earlier booked under NDPS Act by Aerodrome police.
Agarwal said that they had received a tip off that two persons were trying to sell cannabis in the area.

Anil Yadav, a resident of Lake Palace and Rahul, a resident of Supara east in Mumbai were arrested and booked under relevant sections of IPC and NDPS Act. The accused
Rahul accepted purchasing cannabis from
Anil in Indore and selling it in pubs and bars in Mumbai.
The DCP said that the accused were now being questioned about their links and network in Mumbai and who they sourced drugs from in Indore.
