TV actress suicide case: Accused sent to jail

INDORE: Rahul Navlani, accused of abetting television actress Vaishali Takkar’s suicide, was produced before the court on Friday and sent on judicial remand till November 11.
Rahul was produced before the court of JMFC Jayshree Aryaman Mehra. At the court, he accused police officials of misbehaving with him during police remand. Rahul’s advocate Rahul Pethe accused an ACP involved in the line of investigation of thrashing him and demanded that the CCTV footage of the lock-up room and interrogation room from 8am-midnight on October 26 should be produced before the court.Rahul’s wife Disha Navlani, who was also made an accused in Takkar’s suicide abetment case, is still absconding.
