INDORE: Police officials in charge of
Bhopal
's Shahjahanabad and Teela Jamalpura police station Narendra Singh Thakur and Brajesh Bhargava testified before a special
CBI court on Tuesday and gave details about the documents handed over by them to the CBI in
Shehla
Masood murder case.
The court had issued arrest warrants against the two police officials during the last hearing on September 14, as they abstained from hearings twice."The documents submitted by them include case history of one of the shooters
Shaquib Ali
and some other FIRs and reports relating to the case. Bhargava also gave details about the order passed in 2012 expelling Shaquib him out of district," said government advocate Atul Kumar.A Bhopal-based architect-cum-interior designer Zahida Parvez, her assistant Saba Farooqi and three others Shaquib Ali, Tabish Khan and
Irfan Ali
were accused in the murder.
All the five accused were present before the court for the hearing. The next hearing is scheduled on October 6.
