SDMs, tehsildars to review work of counterparts in Indore division

INDORE: Ahead the chief secretary's (CS) visit, sub-divisional magistrates (SDMs) tehsildars will review the works of their counterparts in other districts of Indore division and highlight irregularities in the department, if any. "In a first, tehsildars and SDMs of one district will visit another district of the division to review the cases of revenue department, CM Helpline, tehsildar court and SDM court. The step was taken to increase transparency and highlight irregularity, if any" divisional commissioner Sanjay Dubey said.

Tehslidar-level inspection will be conducted on Friday while SDMs will go for the assigned task on August 21.

is scheduled to visit different districts of Indore division on August 23.

As per the order, tehsildars of Indore district collectorate will visit Dhar, Jhabua and Khargone district.

Similarly, tehsildars posted in different districts including Purnima Singhi from Dhar, Adarsh Sharma from Barwani, NS Parmar from Manawar, Sunil Jaiswal from Sardarpur and Rajesh Patidar from Kukshi will visit Indore collectorate.

The SDMs posted in different districts including four IAS officers, Kshitiz Singhal (Khandwa), Shitla Patil (Khandwa),

(Dhar) and Shivam Verma (Badwani) will examine status of SDM courts, revenue department and CM Helpline of all eight SDM blocks of Indore district.
