INDORE: One more witness in RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case turned hostile on Friday during the hearing before special CBI Court in Indore on Friday. Around a dozen witnesses in the case have turned hostile so far.
Advocate Sunil Shrivastav said technical officer of BSNL Sunil Kumar Yadav, a CBI witness failed to authenticate the claims of investigation agency.

According to CBI chargesheet, Yadav was present during the search and seizure of items of official of Zahida Parvez.
"Yadav,however, claimed that he was neither served notice nor asked by CBI to be present during the search," said Shrivastav adding that other two witnesses failed to appear.
Next date of hearing is January 29.
Shehla was found dead in her car outside home in Bhopal's Koh-e-Fiza on August 16, 2011 with a bullet in her neck. Later, CBI chargesheeted five people in the case and named Irfan Ali and Tabish Khan as shooters hired by Saquib Ali 'Danger' on behalf of Zahida Parvez. Saba Farooqui was made accused for helping Zahida in the conspiracy. All the accused are in jail for last three years.
