INDORE: Second Mediation Seminar was organized by Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court at Brilliant Convention centre here on Saturday for high court judges and lawyers.
Chief guest for the programme was Madhya Pradesh State Legal authority (MPSLA) Justice Rajendra Menon.
Addressing the seminar Justice Menon said that for betterment of any society the law and order of the city should be intelligible, reliable, binding and transparent.
Meanwhile, Chief Justice AM Khanwilkar urged lawyers to solve as many cases as they can through mediation. He said that cases can be solved in an intelligible and easy way. “Many training sessions on mediation for lawyers and judges are being given as reduces the burden of judges and also lawyers,” he said.
Later, judge Mahesh Pal Singh from Sedhwa and advocate Hridayal Singh from Ujjain were felicitated.
