magisterial court
on Friday for putting up challan in the
human trafficking case
registered against

Chief judicial magistrate first class (JFMC)
Mahesh Kumar Patidar
granted time to the police till January 14 to file the challan.
Government advocate told the court that as the police investigation was pending, it required time to put up the challan, accused’s counsel Ashwin Kumar Adhiyaru said.
Kanadia police produced Amit Soni at another magisterial court on production warrant and had formally arrested him in an Arms Act case registered against him.
The court of chief judicial magistrate first class Rakesh Kumar Kushwaha sent Amit to judicial remand till January 20, Adhiyaru said.
Adhiyaru moved a bail application in two cases registered at Kanadia police station and Tukoganj police station.
Over 55 cases have been registered against Amit Soni and his businessman father Jitu Soni, who is on the run.
